I’m with you.
In elementary school, a boy on my bus yelled, “You’re a fat, Jewish pig,” in front of everyone.
For years, I was bullied for my appearance and my identity.
The brunt of jokes.
Last picked in gym.
No one to sit with at lunch.
And the worst part of it all was that when I went home, I didn't have the family life that I needed to feel safe or understood.
“Those boys just have a crush on you,” my mom would say.
I felt ashamed and alone, and I dreamed of a “She’s All That” moment where someone would swoop in, transform me, and prove them all wrong.
I did end up losing weight… in a really unhealthy, unsupervised way. I became obsessed with looking and being a certain way so that boys would like me.
This body dysmorphia and disordered eating followed me into my adult years. I never thought I was pretty enough, skinny enough... or really... enough in general.
Until I began my career and realized that every single woman battles with their inner critic, regardless of how other people see them. At some point, every woman wishes she looked “better” or had a different body than the one she was given. It put me on a mission to change that — and I knew that in order to do that, I needed to heal my relationship with my body first...
Since then, I have created a business that has helped thousands of women love their bodies as they are.
Every morning, I look in the mirror, and even on hard days, I love what I see.
The body parts I was always most insecure about (my stomach and my not-so-perky breasts) are things that I now see so much beauty in.
Now, I eat and enjoy the foods I love…
I take care of my body because I love it, not from a place of wishing it were different…
I’m not focused on or hiding my body parts during intimacy…
If I didn’t have kids, I would literally walk around my house naked.
That’s how comfortable I feel in my body now.

What’s really holding you back from loving your body? Together, we will lovingly uncover your blocks and rewrite your story to become a woman with unwavering body confidence.
Week 3-4: Diet Culture & Beauty Standards
An honest look at diet culture and beauty standards so that you can stop blaming yourself and become highly attuned to when and where they show up in your life.
Week 5: Busting Limiting Beliefs
I will help you break free from the exact beliefs preventing you from feeling sexy AF and create a new belief plan to propel you toward radical self-love and body confidence.
Week 6: Redefining Beauty
What does “sexy” mean to you? What do you find beautiful? Together, we will expand our definitions freeing you to look at your body and the world with completely new eyes.
Week 7: Food & Nourishment
You will be guided through a process to transform your relationship with food, letting go of the generational cycle of food being “good” or “bad,” with mindfulness practices and deeply enjoying the foods you love.
Week 8: Movement for Body Love
Have you ever exercised because you “have to” or because it’s a punishment for something you ate? I will show you how to elevate your level of physical self-care and do it from a place of love for your body instead of guilt or punishment.
Week 9: Lifestyle Upgrades
Designing your home. Curating your closet. Enhancing your morning routine. You are led through a fun and creative process to upgrade your environment and lifestyle so that you will embody your new sexy mindset and not revert to old ways of being.
Week 10: Sexuality & Pleasure
Let’s infuse pleasure into every part of your life so you feel sexy every day! Through this module, you will understand your sexuality blueprint and start to incorporate more physical pleasure into your life through the 5 senses.
Week 11: Being Our Authentic Selves
Unlocking your confidence to show up as your real self no matter where you are or who you are with instead of trying to fit in or be someone you are not.
Week 12: Creating Your Goddess Support Team
I will show you how to create a plan to support you on your unique path and help you continue to evolve on your self-love journey, feeling sexy AF through all the seasons of life.

Hey! If we haven’t met before, I’m Rebecca. I’m a body confidence coach and fine art boudoir photographer, passionately curating transformative experiences and honing my craft for the past 12 years.
Originally from Minneapolis, I bring a blend of “Minnesota nice” and Israeli chutzpah—sweet and smiley, but deeply honest and unapologetic about my truth. As a Taurus, I’m all about beauty, sensuality, nature, and really good food. I’m also a mom to three amazing kids and am grateful to run this mission-driven business with my husband, Yehoshua.
Spirituality runs deep in everything I do—and I’m here to help women come home to their bodies, their power, and their truth.
