SELF-LOVE
IS WITHIN REACH

Journal Prompts
- What IS your intuition? Please define it for yourself.Â
- When is the last time you used your intuition and how did it work out?
- Can you describe a time when your intuition really helped you?Â
- What blocks you from tuning in and listening to yourself? (Examples: anxiety, my fears, depression, my childhood, a specific person, social media, diet culture, caring about what other people think, trying to make other people happy..)
- What is the purpose of this block? (How has it served you, protected you, helped you in some way)
- What is this block trying to tell you?
- What would you like to say back to it?
- If this block didn’t exist, how would things shift in your life? (Short term and long-term)
- Write a heartfelt goodbye to this block. Don’t forget to thank it for its’ purpose on your journey.
Assignment
Ask your body: “Body, what are you trying to tell me or what do you need right now?”
Set alarm for every 2 hours for 3 days.
Last journal prompt
What is one thing that you’ve been in limbo about?Â
Maybe a decision that you need to make. A conversation you want to have.  A boundary you’d like to create. Take a moment to close your eyes, and ask your body what you should do. Then take action from that place of self-trust.
Additional

2. On a scale of 1-10, how much do you use your intuition to guide you?
3. On a scale of 1-10, how well do you listen to your body?
(Keep these answers to go back to at the end of the course)
